• Prologo saddles where the packaging does not feature the Money Back Comfort Guarantee sticker are not included in this scheme.
• Saddles sold at a Clearance will not be covered by this scheme.
• Saddles sold through Amazon, Amazon marketplace or Ebay marketplace are not covered by this scheme.
• Saddles without the original proof of purchase receipt cannot be returned under this scheme.
• Only a Prologo saddle showing normal wear consistent with the money back period of 60 days, will be considered acceptable for a refund. The saddle must not be damaged in any way. Any evidence of a fall or accident involving the saddle will render this guarantee null and void. Upon inspection, our decision is final, and no challenge can be made.
• The saddle must be returned within 14 days after the 60 day window has lapsed. If it runs past this time period, then the return will not be accepted.
